Alta Badia

The Valley of the Ladin people - The most beautiful mountains
in South Tyrol

Alta Badia is the Gadertal Valley leading into South Tyrol through the Pustertal at St. Lorenzen's crossroads. Not only its unique location in the heart of the Dolomites but also its ancient culture and Ladin language make Alta Badia one of the most sought-after holiday destinations in the Alpine region.

The Gadertal Valley is rich in succulent meadows and green forests, surrounded by a fascinating mountain region and framed by Puez Geisler and Fanes Sennes Prags nature reserves.
